Techniques include Abdominal Massage, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, Relaxation, Breath work, Reiki, Assisted Stretch, and Neuromuscular techniques.

This is a great alternative to traditional massage since the client stays fully dressed, wearing something loose and comfortable as the therapist stretches and compresses the body. Therapist uses hands, forearms, elbows, knees, and feet. This technique is great for assessing and improving mobility and function. It's like massage and yoga together in one session! 

Long Distance or In-Person Session options. In a Long Distance Session the client is able to rest in the comfort of their own home. In-person sessions include light touch and guided breath work.

In this session we work with the chakras to open and restore the Luminous Energy Field by releasing negative energetic imprints. The power in the Illumination is transforming toxic energies into light, turning negative emotions into wisdom, turning suffering into healing and power. 

Transformation happens through breath work, visualization, and intention. Keep in mind that with these sessions memories from life events or past choices may arise bringing with them clarity and understanding. You will be given self healing tools to help you along the way so you can move through the shifts in your life with ease.

Your illumination may include other Shamanic healing modalities such as soul retrievals and extractions. More explained in session when such additional modalities are needed.

Chi Nei Tsang is a Toaist form of visceral massage and is used to release emotional/energetic buildup from the organs while increasing blood flow to aid in optimizing organ function. This work can help reduce bloating and aid in releasing muscular tension contributing to back pain, hip pain, and abdominal pain especially after surgeries that have left you with scar tissue. I believe this work is very important for everyone for overall well-being. This can be added to any massage session or be done as a session of its own.

This can be a one-on-one session for personal development of balancing your masculine and feminine energy or you can gather your friends and have a group session! Shakti Yoga Classes are beautiful and powerful.

Women’s Only Jiu Jitsu is pretty special to me because I see it as a bridge for women to express their physical power. It can be very intimidating to go into a contact sport and grapple with men you don't know, especially if you have traumatic history that you're still working through. This class is for women to train with other women, to build community and learn self defense.
